Turn Signals
My turn signal indicator on the instrument panels stay solid, when I switch them on, and nothing happens at the lights them selves. I have read other threads about the relay being the most likely fault. Would this be true, if the turn signal fuse blows as well?

If I am reading you correctly, when you use the turn signal, you get a solid light rather than a flash.
That would be a relay failure. If a fuse is blowing regularly, you have an electrical gfault somewhere in the circuit. AFJuvat
