Post Who produced 951 chips form dyno tests

In the UK I am being offered an engine performance kit that includes a refurbished wastegate with a preloaded spring, bleed valve to fit on boost pressure pipe to wastegate and replacement DME and KLR chips. On my 220bhp car the set up runs about 14lb (0.9bar) boost and gets power up to 250bhp. The vendor gets the chips from an American colleague who deveoped the chips whilst dyno testing the 951 engine (not whole car as in rolling road) around early 90's. In the UK this particular kit has a good reputation, but I would like to know more about these chips. Can any of you "local" guys help?

Only 30 hp for that much money? Go with a Lindsey Racing wastegate if you must have a wastegate (bolt in), huntly chips, fuel pressure regulator, and a manual boost controller. You'll probably have around 280 at higher boost.
