How do I know if I have Konis ?
When I bought my car from the previous owner, I assumed the shocks are OEM since there were no records he gave me about the shocks. However, as we worked on my cars t-belt, someone pointed out that my shocks are Konis. I guess because they are yellow? How can I verify that these are Konis? Is there a brand name stamped somewhere on it that says Koni?

The stock struts on the 87 NA were either black or I believe green. Green (I think), were for a sport suspension option on our cars.
I don't know the specific part numbers for Koni s and I don't believe they say Koni on them anywhere (at least mine don't), so I'm not sure how you can verify it. Either way, bcz they are yellow and not stock, I would say you have some Koni's on your ride!!

I believe the yellow rear shocks are the KONI shocks that come with the factory sport package
