This may be old news to the veteran members, so forgive me if its been done before.
But i found that under my instrument cluster there was this fading silver paint. Its used to reflect light from the 3(relativly) big bulbs in the back to the guage faces. So i took paint thinner and cleaned the old paint off. then repainted it with chrome paint. my lights are twice as bright now. I have no idea if this would work on other cars, since mine is, whats the word, Ghetto! (i think my car is the only one in the world with separate resivoirs for the clutch and break fluid) the first image, cluster.jpg was a mistake. heres the others: this is my 1st post, so i dont know if i did it right. if i have violated some posting etiquite please let me know. -Paul |
