question about PP order

I put in an online order for a pair of front Bilstein struts on Monday. Everyday I get an email saying that there has been an update in my package's status, but the link to track the package says that item isn't in the system.

Should I worry? Or should I just assume it will be here in a few days?

I had the same problem when I ordered my Koni's, it turned out that Pelican had to order them from the manufacturer, and we had to wait until Pelican received them before they made it to me. They wouldn't drop ship to me because I bought them Through PP (liability/warranty issues).

Give them a call to be sure. I've been really impressed with PP's support.

What CSU said, call them and ask when they expect the item to ship.
