Yup, US legal system is out of control.
Sometimes it is not as much what is illegal as it is what you could be sued for and by whom. Hey, China has no copywrite laws......Hmmmm, wonder if they have 944's over there

that's pretty much the way it is in the US. however, the owners of any forum can reserve the right to edit any information (legal or otherwise) if they feel that it might be more hassle than what it is worth
