No pulse, no spark-ideas

Car no start - car no have spark, car no have pulse - tried a coil didn't work. I'm looking for a good brain to test, any other possibilities?

dead battery check the wiring to and from the coil. is it not sparking after the distributor? Check your voltages everywhere.

possibly your motor is running low on liquid coolant just kidding. if you are inquiring about your 911 you might just go ahead and replace the DME, it's $33.75 and i hear the quality of them is about worthless in the first place.

i think if the speed sensors were bad (usually not working because they ground out) the engine will turn over - but it won't fire.

is the engine turning over?
