Upgrade Chips

What would you reccomend as the best performance chip to get for a 86 951? I've looked around and have seen Weltmeister, Autothority, and Guru. Any one better than the other?

Thanks

I've heard nothing but good things about GURU. Check out the Rennlist boards, especially the 951/951S board, there are many people with 951s running Guru chips, including the man himself, Danno.

Frwilk at frwilk.com has been known to make a damn good chip as well. In my opinion his is the only real option for the earlies but....

Your turbo may be a bit different...check him out anyway.

Here is a link I was sent by danno at Guru...pretty interesting stuff. Looks like the HR chips I have get me around 211whp...vs. the 238whp from the Guru's

If you are going to stay relatively stock .... guru is the only choice.

IF you want to spend a couple of more bucks with guru. On the weekend a friend of mine and I dynoed the MAP 1 kit on his stock turbo. He was able to get 260rwhp and 300lbft. Thats close to 300 hp and 340 lbft at the flywheel. Not too shabby on a stock turbo.

If you are planning on going to a larger turbo. A few other options available.
