If you do it right the first time....
Been losing water since I changed my head gasket on the turbo. Been really bothering me. Where's my water going? No puddles under the car to speak of....it's not showing up in my oil (whew!)...not going out the tail pipe (whew! whew!)...and yet I have to keep adding coolant every other day. Bugging me....
Turns out that when I had connected all the hoses back up, I had forgotten to tighten a hose clamp! Doh! I had to jack the car up and spin the clamp around to get a screw driver on it.

My car repair bible has two commandments in there
1) Do it right the first time (or the second time after you learn how to do it right here). 2) While you're in there..... (you know the rest of this one) See Rule #1.

That seems a little bit redundant, and besides that, it repeats itself.

Corollary:
Spend a lot of time and money now to do it right, or spend a HELLA LOT of time and money to fix it the way you should have in the first place tomorrow!
