1985.5 $$ Value

Not really a technical question:
I have found a nearly perfect 1985 1/2 944 in my neighborhood being sold by the estate of the original owner.
It has 74,000 original miles, always garaged and covered, every service record since new. Quite remarkable original condition.
All of the information that I have found indicates that this car should have a value of about $6,000. Any advice?
Thanks

$6,000 is high end for a non-turbo. Original owner, 74k miles and every maintenance record is worth a premium. Not unrealistic.

Seems like VERY nice NAs seem to go in the 6-7k neighborhood, probably about right because it doesn't have super low miles. Not to say that 74k miles is high for an '85 either.

I paid 6.8k for a similar good condition 86 944 na and was worth every penny to me. 944's are very rare in my area and ones in extra ordinary condition demand a premium.

The non turbo has plenty of power for my needs, and the enormous difference in maintenance cost is not worth the increased performance from a turbo.

In my neck of the woods.....Vancouver Canada you would pay at least $9,000 and probably $11,000(Canadian) for a car in that type of condition......my 2cents worth.
