I fabricated my own cupholder

It was real simple. If you all want I can post pics on how I did it.

And I am aware that my interior needs to be cleaned

Another "cup holder" option: I have an old bath towel that i shoved behind the passenger seat. Whenever you have a drink you can wedge it between the towel and the center divider thingie that runs through the middle of the car. a towel works great cause you can use it when you have a small bottle, or a big fountain drink. never had anything spill, its not too hard to reach while driving and doesnt cost anything.

Not only that, but when you park you can throw the towel on the dash/leather seats and slow the cracking I keep 3 towels in my car lol

You're right, passengers do have to watch their feet a little on the way out. But since the cupholder is mostly for my passengers convenience i'm sure they can manage.

I've got a cupholder that I can take with me everywhere... it's called setting the bottle of water/pop between my two legs.

I have an even BETTER cupholder: place a roll of duct tape on the floor of the passenger side or behind the passenger seat. Place cup in center. For a better fit, place a paper towel in center of tape roll.

Voila! A cup holder.

actually a good point, is also in the case of an accident,
you dont want hard angular service in which soft flesh can come into contact with !

I usually stick my drinks between the seat and door, behind the p/brake lever. Guess thats why my carpets soaked with coffee!
