Fixing the A/C swich in the TCU

I followed the Clarks-Garage instructions on how to get the TCU out without any problems, but I can't figure out how to get it apart to repair/replace the A/C switch.

My A/C swtich works, but doesn't stay down. I can fix it by cramming a dime in it, but that isn't what I'd like to do long-term. It appears it was not meant to be taken apart, but I do believe A/C switches are sold separately? I was hoping to repair my switch, and if that didn't work, I was going to buy a new/used one, but if I can't disassemble the TCU, then I'll have to buy a complete used TCU I guess?

Thanks, Ian
