Passed Emissions + first time Dyno scans

Also posted on renlist...

Well, I got the car emission tested the other day. According to them, I passed with "flying colours" except that they said my unburnt fuel was a little high, and my gas cap failed the vaccuum test, so I needed a new one. Eveything else was great, they said.
Also, I had my first ever roll on a Dyno today. What a wierd feeling that is.

The car made 130hp. The Porsche website says the car should make 160hp, but I seem to recall reading somewhere that Europe measures at the flywheel which raises the numbers, not at the wheels. Am I remembering correctly, and if so, what should this car make at the wheels at factory specs?
Sheets also say I'm running on the rich side, which would explain the amount of unburnt fuel the emissions people mentioned.
I know nothing about how to read them, and welcome any input. The car is listed on the sheets as a 944 (RO?), but is an '88 924S currently with 112,000 miles.

Also, I've got a customer who's a professionsl adrag-racing engine builder. After showing him these sheets, here's what he said.

"Its got a funky little dip in the torque curve that corresponds to where the fuel is going rich in that spot. Under 3600 rpm, where your torque is rolling down, your A/F is heading rich too. when it spikes leaner for some reason, your torque heads up also. you could get much better low rpm driveability and power and probably mileage if you could find and fix that rich trend. Its not really that rich, just richer there than where its making better power elsewhere. Is it carb or EFI?
Didnt know you had an emissions dyno program there too.
Just a caution, dont try to tune for an absolute A/F number, there really isnt a perfect number, too many variables. Our **** runs best in the low 12's a/f but each thing is different. Remember the a/f is seeing what happens after combustion, so it can be tricked.
Dynoing **** is wild, esp when its an engine bolted to a stand and its in there at 9000 rpm, and it costs 100K and you will get taken out and shot if it dies...

130 HP at the wheels is I fairly decent. You've got no worries on power there. 120-130 is perfectly acceptable if memory serves me correct.

150 for these cars is brake horsepower, what it makes at the flywheel. you lose 15-20% of that getting it to the ground, so 130 is just fine in these cars.

Yea 130 is fine, as noted above 150hp is bhp not rwhp. You ,ight wanna play with the AF ratio a little and see if you can get a extra hp or 2
