I have a 85.5 944NA euro , numbers 944.618.121.01 this car is an automatic, what other DME would work? do the numbers differ between autos and standards?

As far as I know the ECU will work for both Auto and Manual. However seeing as how yours is a euro you may need a euro ecu since they are tuned differently.

Please correct me if I'm wrong...

This is a great ECU chart that earlr85944 posted earlier in this thread...

Having trouble finding 121.01 though.

thanks for the info kevin , I am currently putting in a used DME wiring harness because the previous owner smashed the connectors going to the fuel injectors, and connectors running down to the back of the engine while installing rebuilt head. as far as I know this is the original DME, also he said he had it running by splicing the wires together, hmmm! Im a little leary about plugging in the 01 until I know its original.
