I just got the cleaner and will be trying to clean all plugs etc that i can find.
Once that has happened, I will check the readings as detailed in CG.
I will get back.
thanks

My question still stands. Why does this happen only when the engine gets to temp. does not occur when cold.

In many cases you can take the TPS apart and clean it. Don't need to by a new one.

when it gets hot, the connections seperate, due to bad solder or what have you.
