steve, if i wanted to add a similar setup for my fogs, would I just make an identical harness that you have, but change the bulb connector?

That would work, make sure the realys are not exposed to any elements.

Keith, follow the link i posted... it's a pretty clear/concise instruction on how to build a similar kit =)
I'm sure people like Steve, or myself (where I can) would love to give you a hand if you chose to build your own..

Final light setup
The final light setup includes these 120W driving lights that come on w/ the high beams (they can also be defeated w/ a dash switch). The use of 6 headlights is totally a no no in Missouri but is really really bright for those night time twisty adventures. Steve

started installing the harness today...
this thing sure is nifty... but one drawback that i haven't overcome yet - my 83 cant have wires tucked under the nose... right where the hood latch is, it's blocked off so nothing can pass through... i'm trying to figure out another way to route it... stay tuned

Routing
Try it like this, it works on mine :
There are holes in the metal where you can tie wrap the harness for the right light in front of the light bar. The new plugs go in from the back of the light housing. Make sure things don't interfere w/ the moving parts of the lights duhhhh. Relays ready to be hidden Relays tuck into the holes in front. Ground goes to the 6mm threaded stud already there. Alternator routing.

ohhh i see the problem.
on your car, on the first page, you have smaller wires.. you didn't put that fancy braid around the outside, so it fit right in the notch between the nose piece and the hood latch.... I cant stuff mine in there.. so i'll have to tie wrap it....

You will need to take the air cleaner box loose and go under it. It should work fine then. Just tie wrap the right side one in front of the light bar and go in from the back of the light. I made the harness longer than necessary to allow you to route around things. Sorry for you to be the guinea pig. Good luck and have patience, it will work. Relish the fact you have the only one ever produced that has been outside of my garage. I have one exactly like yours on my car now. I liked the look of the braided one much better. Mine is easier to do in that I trashed the old air cleaner system for a K&N cone, it gives you a lot more room, sounds good too.
Steve

yep, the air box is out... this was just a prelim shot that i took before the install..
i'm sure it'll work great once i tie wrap it... i'll do it tonite hopefully, after dark. I still have the stock connector at the bulbs hooked up because i want to take before shots... now it's just a matter of hooking up the new harness to the new bulbs... you da man, steve hehe
