It will not get rid of the sloppy shifting, but simply reduce the throw. The slop you feel is a worn out shifter arm it's self (the peace under your shiftboot and knob).

get the one from Speedforce along w/ a short Momo knob and a new plastic bushing for the bottom. You will not be unhappy. It lowers the shifter, shortens the throw, and you can literally rest your arm on the console pad and never have to move it to shift. It takes maybe 20-30 minutes to do. I also have the Schnell and it further reduces the throw but as stated does nothing for the sloppiness in the front. I also had a lot of play from the rear bolt from the intermediate shaft being loose. The final result takes more effort but the feel is fantastic.
