How does the cam belt going over the WP appear on your car? Is it steady or does it vibrate? The portion after the WP to the cam gear is the area I question.

Pretty steady on mine. Make sure that the drive gear on the crankshaft has the lip towards the front of the car. If not, the timing belt can slide forward and this can cause it to misalign on the cam gear. Also make sure you have tightened the nuts on the spring tensioner (All 3 mounts and both tensioner release nuts.)
