paint code
Apparently the paint code on my '83 944 has come off. Is the code somewhere in the VIN #? It's silver but seems like there might be a couple of codes that fit.
It's got black seats and tan carpet thanks daw |

Hit Clarks Garage, they have an area that has all the paint codes and locations where they are on the car. Helped me out! MIke

that's where I got the paint codes and location of sticker but mine is missing.
I'm trying to determine what color it actually is with out the sticker under the hood. thanks |

It's also listed in the Tyvek sticker inside the rear panel, under the carpeting. See code LM1U for Linen Metallic on my S2:
