does anyone have a mounting bracket for a air intake filter, or know where to get one excluding Ebay? and how much one is?

Help us help you by putting the make and year of your car in your signature line. Also, the part of the country you live in would be helpful. I have a list of places that sell recycled Porsche parts, but it would be better if I knew which ones were close to you.

Hi, I was able to make a bracket that went where the engine lifting eye bolt located just below the AFM itself. There is a bolt on the AFM itself that I mounted the bent and welded flat stock to. My car is an 83 944 and your setup might be the same. I unbolted the whole air box and air box mounts. The cone filter is just behind the headlight housing and am very pleased with it and car does draw in more air whether the engine bay is hot or cold. You will be pleased too I think.

Hi, sorry can't get any photos for awhile. The car is burried in about 2 feet of snow at the side of my garage right now. It only took me a couple of hours to figure out what to do and actually fab the bracket as well.
