best place to put a post in the classifieds section of here. you can also try ebay as well.

I can tell you though, be prepared for spending a good amount of money. You will need at least the below:
turbo bumper cover
turbo bumper reinforcement bar
turbo header panel
turbo headlight covers
fog lights
turn signal lights

if the bumper has headlight washers and you want to use them then you will also need:
correct windshield washer resivivour
headlight washer pump
turn signal stalk that has the headlight washer

rear valance is more common to find and will just bolt in.

Remember to add in any part prep work such as body work, priming, sanding, painting, etc.

All told I would expect to pay around $1000+ for this stuff. Shipping on some of these can be pretty high too and will only ship via truck, so expect that as well.

It will be at least a 1000 dollars but probably more.

Also need the driving/fog lights that bolt on the front.
I'm not certain on this one, but I thought the bumper mounts were different also.

Most complete front clips that I have seen were 1500 to 2000.

Easier/better/simpler conversion is the Fiberwerks n/a front end.

http://www.fiberwerks.com/_borders/chblack944.jpg

I've seen this car in person (the woman that owns it is a local). It looks awesome and is a direct bolt-on for the n/a cars.

If you want a turbo/S2 look then get one of those cars. It's no small undertaking to convert to that front. Personally I like the Fiberwerks one because it doesn't pretend to be something it isn't, yet still "freshens up" the front end nicely. Unpretentious and attractive.

Look at Steve's (schizachaser) car..it has the fiberwerks front end on I think. He has a post on here where he started that project and shows great detail and all the steps.

How would you propose installing this?

Unless you mean the 968 hoop style or Turbo S spoiler.

If you have cash flowing out your ears you can order everything in fiberglass (or carbon) from GT racing. But then you are looking at probably 2k+. Your probably going to just have to ask around for used parts in the classifieds. There are a lot of sites that carry general maintenance parts and performance parts.

Its 6 years old, but here is an all-encompassing list of sites.

Newbie here...sayin whats up! And a Wheel ?

One thing I like about the origianal turbo nose vs fiberglass is that fiberglass can chip, flake or even crack if you hit anything with it. The original equipment doesn't do that as bad.

Don't forget the fact that the factory stuff actually FITS!!!

I had the AIR fiberglass turbo look bumper, fenders and header panel, none of it fit until doing countless hours of massaging it.

I eventually gave up, bought the complete front clip off of an '86 951(not the one in my sig), and simply bolted it on.

So.... Bolt-on vs. Fit/cut/cuss/bondo/sand/fit/bondo/sand/cuss/fit/give up.

I wanted to do the same thing.... Bought a nice 951 instead. Once the 944 N/A sells, I will be out of pocket no more that doing the modification - without all the possible headaches.

Oh yeah and picked up more HP and Torque along the way

Yes and no.

Yes for just bolt on 'plug-n-play'.

No if you don't mind doing a little trimming. The front corners are slightly different between the turbo and n/a.

Conversion list:
Headlight covers -not sure if the plastic light surround is necessary though.
Header panel
Fenders
Bumper cover
Bumper core
Batwing
Lighting.

I bought all of the above + fender liners and a hood for ~$650 on ebay from a member who was parting an '86 turbo.
