Shop manual PDFs... any idea where to source them?

Hi guys,
I'm looking for PDF files of 944 shop manuals. They're all over ebay, but I'll be damned if I pay money for something that's pirated to begin with (the people selling 'em do not own the copyrights).

Also how many gaskets do I really need for a head swap? I see $100 kits that come with all sorts of gaskets, but I'd imagine i only really need the headgasket.

Part one is a grey area. Somewhat restricted. Not supposed to post answer here or will be-have been removed. Porsche has even made PP remove the parts diagrams in new parts listings. Look in the crystal (web) ball for answer.

Part two-get the complete full set with exhaust pipe to header flange gaskets -$8.50 each if bought separately. You also need intake and cam +++++ Sets are cheaper.

The valve cover one I can easily reuse with some RTV silicone and header flange ones can be reused IMO

You want to search for "Porsche 944 workshop manuals" and then you'll find what you need.

Sorry guys but it's not a gray area. It's on the Internet, so if someone wants to go after someone then they can go after the person that has them on their web site. Simple google search will show you them, but here is the link.

Im fairly sure that each time a moderator has closed the topic and deleted the link. I, myself made that error a few years ago. DONT link to the site, Wayne has put these forums up for us to use, putting links to copyrighted Porsche material jeopardizes this as they generally frown on this sort of stuff.

If you want to find something try google
