Question wierd running problem

sorry long read

so after finding out that i'm missing the reference sensor bolt.. replaced it. "thanks speedy" i started it up and it went up to 1100 "not unusual because that's where it was before the bolt" i let it idle and it drooped to a rough idle at 800. then slowly dropped to 600. while this is going on the MPG guage is flicking from the 0 to 30.
i now try gasing it and the idle doesn't go anywhere, then i try to floor it. and the idle drooped suddenly and died. while i noticed the battery light going on and the oil pressure goes between 2 and 3 bars..

before putting in that bolt i noticed that it would idle steadily at 1150 @ 5 bar oil pressure...

not a good acouple days.. first my crest is gone and now this little pesky thing..

Did you take out the afm? This happens to me every time cause I forget to hook the afm back up.

since i put that bolt in and now it doesn't it run is it possible the reference sensor went?
for as long as i know it's been sitting for a year and a 1/2 "the 1/2 has been spent with me" could that cause it to go bad?
