Removing the OPRV

I'm some trouble unbolting the OPRV on my 87 944S. I tried removing the passenger wheel for easier access, but can't seem to break the OPRV loose. Any suggestions?

Thx

Use a 24mm (if i remember it right) with a 1/2" universal drive and extension extending out to clear the front bumper and a cheater bar. No need to remove the wheel.

Pretty sure it's a 17mm. Other than that, just keep trying. The more extensions/swivels you try and use, the let applied torque you will have. Minimize!!

Once removed, change both the outside and inside "O" rings on the one piece OPRV.

I had one so bad I changed the housing because that was easier than getting the OPRV retainer off.
