Idle Problem Part 2

Well i replaced all the vacuum lines and went through a bottle of sea foam and i still have the bad idle. the car runs a lot better after all this but that idle problem is still there. so im guessing the next step is to pull the intake and check out the ISV and see if it can be cleaned or just replace it all together and see what that does. is there any step by step process to doing this the right way?
