Was my daily driver for last week; as my Mazda had blown head gasket and radiator and at 225000 miles decided to sell it for parts . |
Paige, was that pic taken up at Hawks Nest?
|
If Ive said it once, I've said it a hundred times. Mitsumarks car is the nicest 944 I've ever seen. :)
No offense to everyone else....;) |
Agreed! The car just looks so balanced, not too many add-ons, but just enough to make it stand out - :). What was used for that small front lip spoiler?

The Random 944 Picture Thread
Hey guys! Just thought I'd add my old '84 to the thread. I've been busy for the last couple of years with a muscle car project but still love the 944. It gets exercised every couple of months.

The car is an 88 with about 99k on the clock. I picked the car up in Tampa, and drove it back here to Buckhead a couple of weeks ago. I just cleaned it up, I have about 20 hours into the paint work from Friday-Sat-Sun of last week. When I started the paint was oxidized to the extent that fingernails dragging on the paint sounded like a chalkboard. Trust me the car is far from perfect but it shows well at "10mph or 10 feet" as they say. Here are some more pics: http://andrewcosta.com/portal/node/14/photos/view/flash Have been trying to learn more about this interesting car, my 1st Porsche and 1st fun car to drive in a long time.... |
Well, you've done a great job in "bringing her back" then! SmileWavy
I'll keep an eye out for you. I don't get through Buckhead all that often, but I do drive to Midtown, Monday through Friday, up and down I-75. Hope to see you around out there! :) Randy |
