What project should I do first ?

Guys I need your opinions. What project should I start first ? I have bought alot of new parts for my car and cannot decide on what project to start with. I work alot and have limited time to do anything but I love to work on my own stuff on limited time. Here is what I have...

Front M474 Koni's (used but good) with springs ( I have to find a compressor to put in bumps) and sway bushings
Stone Guards
Paint phone dials wurth silver.
new injector seals
run new vac lines
change plasic blower cover and install cabin filters
fix bad temp gauge
GET A/C WORKING !!! (this will have to be done by a mechanic)
replace rear hatch pins, hatch lifts.
new auto trans kit (yeah i know ) I dont think its ever been done.
seat switch

Eliminate vaccuum leaks first. Save koni setup until you have matching rears.

+1 on the vac lines. If the injector seals are leaking get them done too.

I agree with the struts too. The rest is in order of your priority.

I would do these first as they are mechanical issues that could leave you stranded at the side of the road;

new injector seals
run new vac lines
fix bad temp gauge
new auto trans kit (yeah i know ) I dont think its ever been done.

Hatch lifts---No
Do you want to have the glass separate from the frame?

Injector seals--I hope you mean the seals and hat kits.
You should also do a DIY clean or send them out to be cleaned.
From tech info center above ^^

Vac lines for sure.
You should get new clamps for the bigger lines to replace the pinch clamps.
Use fuel injector clamps or good non-perforated screw type
Check under the big air intake "J" tube for rotted connections.

Order a set of intake gaskets ($5) and prepare to remove intake to do the AOS seals and further vac lines. With the intake off you can adjust the reference sensors. PUT TAPE OVER TDC bellhousing hole!
