Depends on offset. If they are from a '86 951 they will not work. The offset will be 23.3mm, you need 52.3-55 which came on the '87 and '88 only.

Thanks, would the wheels be marked with the off set or would it be easier to just measure them?

Thanks

The wheels should be stamped on the inside - both the model number and size. Attached are photos of my 8 x 16's with 52.3 offset for my 1988 (sorry, I don't have photos of the 7's which are on the front)

You can use this Pelican site to find the exact wheels that you need - just go to the 944 parts section and click on the parts diagram and select your car - then look up wheels and there are several pages of wheels (23.3mm & 52.3mm offset, phonedials, design 90's, plain steel, club sport, etc..), this will give you the part numbers that you are looking for - it's an exact copy of the Porsche Catalog - I use it all the time to look things up.

What you need:
951.632.114.01 = 7jx16 52.3
951.362.116.01 = 8jx16 52.3

An '87 is late offset, as technoduck says.

I found out that they are 928 phone dials. numbers are different and no off set stamped. Look like they are close to 52mm ish. all four with tires for $250.
