Top speed = 5mph!
This happened yesterday when I left my friend's house (in my 89 951). That's fast enough for driving around in a parking lot, but obviously not fast enough for going down the road. If I tried to go faster than that, it would cut fuel. I had to disconnect the TPS in order to go at normal speed and make it home. Today I am going to check the #'s on the 924S and use that one. Come to think of it, I think I've got a spare (from JY) lying around somewhere. It's just a matter of finding it.

TPS is different between 951 and 924s, the 951 has a potentiometer for part-throttle operation and is incompatible with both the 2.5L NA and 16V TPS's. If unplugging it fixes the issue then TPS is almost definitely bad. Clark's garage has a guide for testing it but I don't have the link handy.
