I have a late 944, but that's where my cruise control unit sits.

Yeah, that's where the CC servo sat. Someone must've deleted it to save weight. Could have saved the same amount of weight by not ingesting a bag of chips and a 20oz soda.

Hi Rjackel, Why bother putting in the cruise control? No one ever uses it except if they have an automatic. Plus you will have to buy another control for it in front of the steering wheel and other controls and cable. Save your money for more important goodies.

Cheers,
Larry

Actually, there's not an air filter at all!!! idiot PO...

I never drive the car, or start it for that matter, it needs all the timing belts, rollers, ect..(dont want one to break) replaced and i need a timing belt cover! thats missing too! Along with the entire heating/AC system. Also, there are random wires cut under the dash, and things unplugged. Nothing critical tho just need to figure it all out..

The cruise control is definitely NOT on the top of the list, in fact im not even worried about getting a new one..i just was curious about what was supposed to be there.

After I pay my dad back, im going to start with the belts and go from there, im not even going to drive it untill spring.

Actually, there's a small battery drain leak I just figured out, so does anyone have any tips on how to track it down? could be anything... any help appreciated tho.

Thanks!
-Ryan

The little bit of paintwork I can see seems familiar. Did you buy the car on ebay? I thought I saw a car with similar fenders for sale somewhere online. Just curious.

Yes, it was listed on Ebay, but it didn't sell. So he put it up for auction locally and thats where I found it..

If you follow the link in my signature you'll find more pictures. Im sure you will recognize it then, its...unique?? lol. i don't like it very much, but it's better then what's under it; the front nose of the car is yellow, and the back fades to blue. Strange, huh?

Well next year I'm going to take a collision repair class where they let you work/paint your car. So then I can do the body work and repaint it!

Its actually not paint. Its basically stickers...

Hey guys, i was wondering if there was anyway to test my window regulator motors? the wires are cut off on the motor(theres like 6 inch leads), switches arent wired, and the fuse is missing. So is there anyway to test them without redoing the entire system?

Ha, thought I recognized it. The graphics aren't so bad. I realize you're having some catwoman issues though so I don't blame you for wanting to strip it all down.
