can't find cruise control module plz help
Hello all! I'm new to the site and new to the porsche world.
I am in search of the cruise control "brain" box. Have exhausted as many search options as i can. My car is an '84 NA 944 5spd. I looked above the hood latch mechanism and no dice. thnx in advance |

Iy's kinda on the right strut tower in front of the battery box. A line runs across the cam tower to it.
Or did you mean the control unit?

thnx all for the input so far
yes i'm lookin for the "brain box" there is a box behind the radio but i thought that was supposed to be the factory alarm module but i hope u r right about it being the cruise box... i'll pull it out and post the part # maybe someone out there can verify whether it's the alarm or cruise module thnx again |

thnx for all the input found it behind the radio
unfortunately...i opened it up and it has the fresh scent of french fried electronics ![]() hope i can find a replacement thnx again all |
