Adding the clutch pedal in my conversion

I am about half way thru my automatic to 5 speed conversion. So I have a lot of the grunt work out of the way and I am trying to plan my weekend. All the automatic stuff is out of my car and all the necessary parts pulled from the donor. Looking at where the clutch pedal goes and wondering if there is a good way to put it in? Or a better way. Looks like the hole for the rod has an inprint of where the hole should be to allow the clutch rod to go thru. Man there isnt any good way to get at it. Wondering if anyone out there has been there and done that......any recomendations? Wondering if the booster needs to be pulled. Anyway.......any thoughts?

converting an auto car to manual

FYI.....the clutch pedal mount for the slave cylinder is blinded over with a blank that can easily be knocked off from the inside with a 12" drift. I thought it hadn't been punched out, but they used a seam sealer type glue to glue a small round plug over the unused hole.

automatic to 5 speed conversion

.....well, I finally got to crank the car up today to check out my conversion......and it sounds like the starter is dragging.....Does anyone know if the starter on an automatic is different than the 5 speed? It fits perfect, but sounds like it is dragging.
