Fuel pump is the first thing to check. If that's not it, the CIS system fuel regulator (fuel distributor thinggy) is probably clogged and needs to be cleaned and re-balanced; that's not a job for a novice.
Lots of cars used these Bosch CIS systems in the 1980's, so indie shops that deal VW, Volvo, M-B, etc... should have someone that knows the system. They all work basically the same. It's all about air metering and pressure differential controlling the fuel flow.

No fuel coming out of injector...how did you test this?
Strongly recommend acquiring a CIS Tester and a Haynes manual so you can follow the proper CIS testing regimen. In the meantime, in order to test the injectors, you need to remove the fuel pump relay and replace it with a jumper, then remove the airbox, put all injectors into glass jars (to avoid washing raw fuel down the cylinder walls into the cylinders and crankcase and potentially causing hydrolock), and then lift up on the air metering plate at the fuel distributor assembly. Then you can see what is going on with fuel flow. If you have no fuel flow, you need to check proper operation of the pump, which could be malfunctioning due to bad wiring, bad grounding, failed fuel pump relay, or a failure of the pump itself. Of course, there are many other things that could impact fuel delivery, including failed accumulator, clogged fuel lines, clogged fuel filter, failing WUR, clogged or failing fuel distributor, etc. Hopefully from this you can see the importance of following a prescribed troubleshooting methodology...
