lol - it's a big hoopy thingy with rearward legs that sits on top of the frame to take the load and attaches at all 4 seat belt mounting points, as well as the 2 upper shoulder belt mounting points
here is a shot of one with the removable harness bar and removable x-brace for track use:

ok make me feel dumb!
Was thinking there was something under the car or in the trunk. Roll bar or harness bar is not an option for me. Until my kids outgrow the back seats I would like to keep them usable. |

with the x-brace and harness bar removed, there is no interference with the back seats at all - it was designed specifically with that in mind
