Do these ohm readings inidicate dead throttle sensor?

I have had a 1986 951 sitting in my garage for a couple of years now -- runs, but won't pass smog; idles funny; backfires periodically; instrument panel warning lights are ALL on all the time.

It's got gremlins for sure.

I haven't touched the car in a couple years. But I'm feeling driven to get it back on the road and start bringing it back to life. So as a first test I measured the resistance according to this guide [here], and it appears to be indicating at least the source of the first gremlin.

My ohm reader at idle is reading 85.5k ohms (not 0 as it should be). At WOT it's reading infinity as it should be.

Has anyone run this test before, and has replacing their throttle body sensor (or repairing / cleaning it) fixed the issue?

basically connect ohm meter at 20k to 2 & 3, or 3 &1. (3 & 1 are reversed) The trick is when when sweeping the range look at your voltmeter for jumps in resistance or 1 (infinity)
it should go from .6-4.7 ohm. Go slowly and make sure it comes back down evenly. I just tested mine. It's good.

4,5,6 when connected should show 0, and 1 as soon as you move the throttle.
