Porsche according to PET calls it a Cap 944 505 763 00 part number. I always called it bumper pad or bumperette.
pelican has it Pelican Parts - European Automotive Parts and Accessories - Porsche • BMW • Mercedes • Volkswagen • Audi • Saab • Volvo • MINI

there should be a bunch of these around, as many of the 968 guys have gone to ROW lenses that delete those and make that whole area the same amber as the OEM turn signal.
in fact, i will have a car here in about 2 weeks for a suspension setup that will be deleting those and going with the ROW lenses |

You definitely should go with the ROW signal ligths & throw them ugly bumperetts in the garbage. You can get them from SUNSET IMPORT in Beaverton,Oregon ph#641 -8600 or 1-800-346-0182.Part# will be 944-631-051-00 & 944-631- 052-00.I paid 55.41$ US each when I bougth mine a couple years ago.Installation is a breeze approx 15 mins each side.Pics of mine below:
![]() ![]() ![]() I also bougth a 968 CS steering wheel from them, not cheep by any mean but worth every penny beleive me. ![]()

yup - i have them on the blue car (steering wheel too)
off topic - i was looking at the wheels in the pics, and they look like the standard C2 Turbo 7.5 and 9 that came on the earlier 968. are you sure they are 8 and 9.5? |

standard equipment was the 16" on all years
the optional 17" C2 Turbo (often misnomered as a Cup 1)was available from 92 on (though it was hard to get them after mid 94), and came in a 7.5 and 9 on the 968. the optional 993 Cup (often misnomered as a Cup 2) came in mid 94 and went from there on, and was also a 7.5 and 9 on the 968 Last edited by flash968; 06-24-2014 at 02:18 PM.. |

i had a CS wheel and pulled it. can't remember who i gave it to. went with a replica. i like it better. the CS has a rest on it that is crooked, the rim is a bit fatter than i like, the leather is a bit grainy for me, and it's just a bit larger than the replica.
i'll have to go with a CS in the white car though, as the replica is no longer available. i'll probably grab it from sunset |

The 16" 5 spoke Cup1 were standard through all 4 model years. 17" Cup1s (Option code 403) were available all through 92, 93, and 94 through the June 1994 production range. Then they switched to the Cup2s (option code 398). We are getting ready to launch the PCA 968 web site which will have all that great production data. Jeff |

the C2 Turbo wheels were available through the entire run. i know someone had a set on his car when he bought it new. they did plenty of things when the cars hit the dock that don't show up on the stickers in the trunk. i just found another car with an entire interior swap, done prior to delivery, but not on the sticker. i'll be taking pictures of that one soon, as we are doing an entire setup on the car.

It always amuses me when people ignore or resist common terms, Porsche wheels especially. Before we had Cup 1 and Cup 2's we had gas burner wheels for 911 and 914's, phone dials for 944 and 928's, among others.
Of course, when you want to be parochial about one thing, you must be about everything. 'Big Reds' anyone? 'Tombstone' sport seats??

lol - just because more than one person says something, it doesn't make it right.
but, what's in a name? call stuff whatever you want. i'll stick to the correct terms, and not perpetuate error. a 5/35 bias valve??? i've seen a 5/33, but not a 5/35 |
