OPRV install after reseal
just did a reseal on my turbo and i used the factory tool. to line up the oil pressure relief valve. it was real tight to pull out and also install the OPRV afterwards.
question is will i have an oil pressure issue now? since it was tight to pull the tool out and install the valve? any tips??

Here is a DIY for the turbo "Oil Thermostat Housing seal" ----OPRV.
Oil Thermostat Housing Seal Repl The alignment tool has to come out without binding. If the tool binds, the OPRV will bind as well. GL John

okay i pulled it back apart and took another look. i can torque 3 of the bolts down and the tool slides in and out like butter. the last bolt (closest to the OPRV) is whats screwing me. as soon as i tighten it down the tool starts to bind.
is my housing warped? what the hell!?!?! it was fine before i took it apart. help?

Figured it out guys. Turns out the new vic. Reinz gasket was slightly imperfect. Got a new one and all went together as planned. No issues so far but then agaon i havent started it yet.
