New condensor needed for A/C retrofit??
Is it necessary to change the a/c condensor when retrofitting the system to R134?? or is it enough to simply flush the system??
(I ask because I guess condensor's are pretty expensive) |

I have converted to R134a (1). 1982 Nissan Maxima (2). 1981 Delta 88 Royal (3). 1986 Ford Escort (4).1967 Ford Galaxie (5) 1985.5 944na...(6)1982 BMW 320I. Evacuated system..changed fittings.. charged with 134a oil, refrigrant and stop leak. Since 1992 have had no problems with my vehicles. Systems cool to an average 40 degree Farenheit using duct temp gage.
