968 ta option code

What is the option code QM17054 on a 94 968? Is that the casting number?

Per Clark's Garage, QM was the code for 1983 to 1985 944 transaxles. The numbers are a date code 17 is the day, 05 is the month and 4 is the year (1984). I don't know the transaxle codes for 968's, but I doubt is was QM. I guess anything is possible. If so, the 4 would be 1994. My guess is that this is not a 968 transaxle.
