951 engine in a 968?

Would this be a waste of time and money?

I dont know why but puting in a 2.8 stroked 951 engine with a K27 sounds pretty good

Turbo S power a lot cheaper. Since the 16 valve 968 motor is hard to upgrade!

Garage
a waste of time and money is getting tired of a car quickly after purchase (i've done that before, too). just get a 951 and do it right.

Well I have been looking at many 968's and they seem to be holding their value pretty well. IMHO an engine swap would lower the value of the car. I will go along with Blackfoot unless you love customizing cars and don't care about resale value buy a 951.

Uh... and if you can't afford both sell me you 968 for cheap

Yes, it can be done, you would need to swap the engine, DME, and a good deal of the wiring,

I agree, if you want a turbo that badly, buy a 951.
