Idle problem after throttle rebuild

i re-built my throttle body and now my car idles at 1000rpm ...how can i get the idle to about 850 like it was before....i already set the idle screw all the way down...no luck

If I am not mistaken there is an allen head screw that you can access from the top of the housing, its on the side some where, I believe it controls the amount of air that flows though the small channel that goes around the valve. Try adjusting it and see what happens. Also make sure that if you removed the valve during the rebuild, when you put it back in it is seating correctly. I have had throttle issues because the valve is not seating correctly (in other words make sure that when it is closed all the way it is actually closed).
