How bad, need help before I go home

Thats IT.... One more thing to break....

On my way to work this morning the O2 sensor blew out of the pipe. My sometimes running Porsche now sounds like a motorcycle.

My question is, I live 20 miles from work, how bad would it be to drive home w/o an O2 sensor or do I need to tow it ?

Thanks
Chris

I think you wouldn't ruin anything with a 20 mile drive, but I wouldn't try to race anyone. You major deficit will be in mixture adjustment; you don't have the critical feedback (O2 sensor). Otherwise, I personally can't think of anything wrong with it. Just fix it ASAP.
Others here might know more
