Replacing Idle Air Valve in 944S2 - what will I need?
Hello,
I need to replace the Idle Control Valve in my '89 S2. What is everything I will need to do the job (intake manifold gaskets, etc.), and what are the "while you're in there" items I should attend to -- specifically, which hoses, vacuum lines, etc.? Part numbers would be a great help. ![]() Thanks, Tony K.

You can finagle them out with the manifold in place, so you might just need some hose clamps. Also these valves are a common part and you can find a Saab, Volvo, etc. part that replaces the Porsche one more cheaply.
