No Power to Instrument Cluster

Having an issue in my 85.2 that I'm trying to solve. The instrument cluster lost all power the other day when I started the car to move it. It worked initially and then went dead. I checked the fuse and while the fuse is good, I do not have 12V present at the cluster fuse, which is indicated to be in fuse location 18. I was wondering if there was a wiring diagram out there somewhere (I do not have a FSM) that someone could post a picture of of if someone has had a similar experience and they could point me in the right direction. Does power have to come through a relay first? Do the contacts that the fuse blades make contact with like to spread? Just trying to get this issue solved and I appreciate any help!
