944 no start no spark issues.

Recently I was driving my 84 944 around on the I64, and it decide to die. I was getting fuel but there was no spark. After many hours of trouble shooting, I find my self at a loss on how to proceed any further. I have been reading older posts on similar problems, but I have not been to find a solution. I have however checked the spacing and resistance on my speed/ reference sensors, both are good, and the resistance on my ignition coil, also good. I have read wires at my; DME, DME/fuel pump relay, and wires on the ignition coil. As of right now I am getting 12v at green wire leading into the Ignition coil from the DME, and I am getting 0v from the constant on the ignition coil. Does anyone know where this wire ties into? Or if anther system could be preventing it from making a complete circuit? Any other input would also be nice.
