You know what? We went through all this about not working on the car without the correct information and equipment and you did and now = one junk 944.......................

You have NO OIL PRESSURE do not run the engine! Try putting another 3 quarts of oil in it and see if you get oil pressure when cranking, then drain it out and set the level.

Go to shop that knows about 944s before you do any more damage.

Jeeeezzz some people!

WHY???!!!

Nipzz,

You were provided with all of the information you needed - you were sent the manuals, and then provided a link to all of the updates a few days ago. Did you even bother checking that address I gave you - it has all of the updates since the manuals were published. Further, you were warned by one professional mechanic (Britwrench) about stopping what you were doing and getting professional help before you destroyed your engine.

Your oil cooler is not installed properly - coolant spewing out your oil filter mount was the first indication - at that point your crankcase is contaminated with water - those IRON bearings rust and you must clean it out quickly - this post should have been your FIRST warning:

Oil cooler seals

Obviously, either your seals are off, you didn't install the pressure relief valve properly, or you don't have the pressure sender installed correctly - which by the way has a non-removable crush washer - are you sure it is sealing properly?

Assuming you corrected the coolant spewing through the oil system problem, did you take active steps to ensure that you maintained oil pressure - there are countless posts on this subject - all you had to do was click "search".

I refer you to repair groups 17 and 19 in volume 1 of the workshop manuals (Volume 1x, NOT Volume 1Ax) those sections deal with the lubrication and cooling systems - they provide exploded parts diagrams, instructions of what needs to be replaced and how things must be aligned, and how to torque them properly.

Unfortunately, unless you are very lucky, you will probably have to pay close attention to Volume 1, Repair Group 13 (Crankcase/piston/bearing removal/replacment) & Repair group 17, page 17 "Cleaning the entire engine oil system after engine (bearing) failure.

**shaking head in dismay**
