Another no start issue but a tad bit diff

http://m.rennlist.com/rennforums/showthread.php?t=804656

I've changed the speed and reference sensors bc of the no jump on the tach. I found that the dme relay is making the clicking noise in the video so I bought a new one. Put that I and it's doing the same thing. The question is what causes that really to repeatedly click like that? Would a bad ignition switch or bad alarm relay do that? I've also swapped dme Ecus with chipped and oem chips. Still nothing. This is my first 951. I've read all of the thread pertaining to this but I have not seen this clicking of the relay issue.
