Data collection and some other things

So I have a Abaco DBX MAF sensor and AEM AFM sensor. I want to collect the output of the MAF and the output of the AFM. how would I sample the output of the AFM? Anyone know how to do this?

Some other questions, Has anyone hooked up LED dash lights? my incandescent lights have been flickering quite a bit lately.

Also I did an oil change, I used valvoline VR1 oil, and right after the change I had 4.5-5 on my oil pressure gauge, but now its floating around 3-4 and fell to 2-3 tonight while idling, I have read that the sensor has a tendency to go bad, and I think that may be it (topped off on oil, and haven't been having any other issues)

Also I need to know which pin to connect a data logger to to get the voltage from the MAF, its the grn/red wire, but I don't know which pin this connects to.
