Bit off more than I can chew

Hello Guys,

I became a little too ambitious in my desire to make my car drive better and I need help. I fixed my head gasket, re-plumbed all the vacuum lines, installed MSD ignition, installed koni yellows on all four corners, and installed a LR fuel rail with regulator. I tried starting the car this weekend and nothing. I jumped the fuel pump and disconnected the return line, but go no fuel through the system.

Will fuel cycle through the regulator with just the pump being on? Also, re-inspecting the diagram I plumped the feed line through the bottom of the fuelab regulator, I am thinking I needed to go through the left side out the right side?

Sometimes slow is fast, I am learning the hard way.

Which FuelLab regulator are you using? The fuel return line from the rail should go to one of the side ports, then exit back to the tank through the bottom port. Did you disconnect the fuel line before or after the fuel pressure regulator for your test? Are you sure you have the regulator adjusted right? Do you have a fuel pressure gauge, what does it show?

When you say 'feed line', are you referring to the fuel supply line? The fuel supply line from the pump connects directly to the fuel rail, the fuel pressure regulator should be put inline between the fuel return hardline back to the tank and the return line from the rail.

Wicked!!!

Alright I have the supply line and return line swapped. I will make the adjustment tonight and check the pressure gauge. I know I screwed something up but did not want to burn my pump out figuring my flow diagram. Thank you so very much!!
