msd or nology

Has anyone installed either the hot wires and coil etc... from nology or the msd ignition system on their 944? Thinking of installing one or the other on my 944. Any experiences with either?

I always do MGD or corona.... sorry either is pretty nice.. more of a personal decision, my sisters 69 Lemans.. 455 has an msd installed.. it's very sweeeeeet.. she has that Jillian Barberie car thing going.. although I think they copped it from her.. she shot an Eagles Tampa Game at the vet a while ago and jillian was there, went out with my sis and wallah.. her friggin car and 'tude are being used in friggin antifreeze commercials.... Dang.. hehee..

Both are great...as long as you are not trying to get more HP from your 944.
Unless your current system has problems and is not providing a factory spec spark, increase will be nill. If your running oversize injectors w/increased exhaust and air flow, then maybe you do need a bit more spark-(questionable).
Porsche really knew what they were doing when they put together the stock system.
